As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  • The submission has not been previously published or accepted for publication, or are being considered for publication in other journals.
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word format as a journal template.
  • The article submitted is free from plagiarism. This Journal will provide the results of the Turnitin plagiarism test to be corrected until the plagiarism value is below 20%.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • Articles are written in Indonesian or English (preferable) using academic language along with standard academic writing structure and composition. Articles in Indonesian must also include abstracts in English. Article manuscripts are typed in 1 space, Palatino linotype font, A4 paper size a maximum of 15 pages and made in 2 columns including references, pictures, and tables.

For journal entries, please adjust the Journal Template provided by the editor of Oxygenius Journal of Chemistry Education.
The article should be in the form of an essay, which includes:

  • title (max 15 words),

  • author’s name (without academic degree) with an e-mail address and institution’s name,

  • abstract in English and Indonesian (max 200 words for each) which includes: an introduction, methods, findings and discussion, research implication to both empirical and conceptual,

  • key words in English and Indonesian (5-7 words),

  • author’s personal information and e-mail address,

  • introduction (without subsection, max two pages)

  • Method

  • Result and discussion

  • Acknowledgment (if necessary)

  • conclusion, and

  • Reference (Min 15 Reference and 80% from primary source)

Manuscripts written for publication in Oxygenius Journal of Chemistry Education should be in the form of research results. The editor appreciates if authors excerpt information from previously published articles in Oxygenius Journal of Chemistry Education. Manuscripts that enter the editorial board will be reviewed in general, then will be sent to the Editor Board. On the basis of its recommendations, the editorial board will then communicate the decision whether the manuscript is accepted/rejected/revised.
