Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  • I confirm that the manuscript has been submitted solely to this journal and is not published, in press, or submitted elsewhere, with exception that articles are permitted to be submitted to preprint servers.
  • I have prepared my paper and files in accordance with the journal's style and format requirements, which are described in the Author Guidelines.
  • I confirm that each of the co-authors acknowledges their participation in conducting the research leading to this manuscript and has agreed to its submission to be considered for publication.
  • This manuscript is devoid of any plagiarism with respect to ideas, data, words, graphic materials or other forms of communication.
  • I acknowledge that my name, email address, affiliation, and other contact details the publication might require will be used for the regular operations of the publication, including, when necessary, sharing with the publisher and partners for production and publication.
  • Yes, all co-authors have reviewed this journal’s licensing options and, on behalf of all co-authors, I confirm that all co-authors have the full power, authority, and capability to agree to the terms of one of the licenses offered by this journal and to grant the rights set forth in such license for the publication of this submission.
  • We confirm that the article we have submitted will not be withdrawn until a decision has been made by the editor. If we decide to withdraw the article at a later date, we are willing to pay the penalty as determined by the journal.

Author Guidelines

Fullerene Journal of Chemistry only accepts submissions via the website https://indochembull.com/index.php/fulerene/


The editor of Fullerene Journal of Chemistry welcomes article submissions under the following guidelines:  



  1. Articles have not been published or accepted for publication, or are being considered for publication elsewhere.

  2. Types of articles suitable for publication are research reports.

  3. Articles are written in English using academic language along with standard academic writing structure and composition. Articles in Indonesian must also include abstracts in English. Article manuscripts are typed in 1 space, Palatino linotype font, A4 paper size a maximum of 15 pages and made in 2 columns including references, pictures, and tables.

  4. The article should be in the form of an essay, which includes:



  • title (max 15 words),

  • author's name (without academic degree) with an e-mail address and the institution's name,

  • abstract in English and Indonesian (max 200 words for each) which includes: an introduction, methods, findings, and discussion, research implications for both empirical and conceptual,

  • key words in English and Indonesian (5-7 words),

  • author's personal information and e-mail address,

  • Introduction (without subsection, max two pages)

  • Method

  • Result and discussion

  • Acknowledgment (if necessary)

  • conclusion, and

  • Reference


 


      5. The minimum amount of Reference is 15, and 80% must be a Research Journal or Review.                                                 


     6. The editor appreciates if authors excerpt information from previously published articles in Fullerene Journal of Chemistry.         


     7. Articles should be submitted in soft files using Microsoft Word application to the Online Submission page. 


     8. The article must be submitted along with a cover letter. 


Manuscripts written for publication in Fullerene Journal of Chemistry should be in the form of research results. Manuscripts that enter the editorial board will be reviewed in general and sent to the Editorial Board. Based on its recommendations, the editorial board will then communicate the decision whether the manuscript is accepted/rejected/revised.

For all articles published in Fullerene Journal of Chemistry, Authors retain some copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgment of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal. Authors are able to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgment of its initial publication in this journal. Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their website) prior to and during the submission process, as it can lead to productive exchanges, as well as earlier and greater citation of published work. In addition, the article may be reused and quoted provided that the original published version is cited.
