As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

The editor of Fullerene Journal of Chemistry welcomes article submissions under the following guidelines:  

  1. Articles have not been published or accepted for publication, or are being considered for publication elsewhere.

  2. Types of articles suitable for publication are research reports.

  3. Articles are written in Indonesian or English (preferable) using academic language along with standard academic writing structure and composition. Articles in Indonesian must also include abstracts in English. Article manuscripts are typed in 1 space, Palatino linotype font, A4 paper size a maximum of 15 pages and made in 2 columns including references, pictures, and tables.

  4. The article should be in the form of an essay, which includes:

  • title (max 15 words),

  • author’s name (without academic degree) with an e-mail address and institution’s name,

  • abstract in English and Indonesian (max 200 words for each) which includes: an introduction, methods, findings and discussion, research implication to both empirical and conceptual,

  • key words in English and Indonesian (5-7 words),

  • author’s personal information and e-mail address,

  • introduction (without subsection, max two pages)

  • Method

  • Result and discussion

  • Acknowledgment (if necessary)

  • conclusion, and

  • Reference


      5. The minimum amount of Reference is 15, and 80% must be a Research Journal or Review.                                                 

     6. The editor appreciates if authors excerpt information from previously published articles in Fullerene Journal of Chemistry.                                                                                                                                                                                               

   7. Articles should be submitted in soft files using Microsoft Word application to the Online Submission page. 

Manuscripts written for publication in Fullerene Journal of Chemistry should be in the form of research results. Manuscripts that enter the editorial board will be reviewed in general, then will be sent to the Editor Board. On the basis of its recommendations, the editorial board will then communicate the decision whether the manuscript is accepted/rejected/revised.
